North Italy country house located close to the town center and shopping facilities. My great grand parents house it 'survived' across centuries. We totally refurbished it in March 2017 and as well as all historical properties is constantly undergoing some maintenance. 3 new rooms available, vintage forniture that give a 'country' taste to the house. Lakes Maggiore/Orta & mountain Mottarone at about 10 to 30 min drive. Bogogno/Agrate Conturbia golf course respectively 3/5km away. Milan, Turin 1hr/1hr30min drive via Expressway Borgomanero exit 1.5km from our home.

Local neighborhood quiet environment. Small Italian town with local taste. Easy grocery and shopping access. Walking distance 15/20 min to city centre 5 min by bicycle/electric scooter 3 min by car. If you like cycling there is a 'JP.ese like' bicycle I brought back from Tokyo and you can use it to explore the area. Borgomanero Train station 5 min by car. Arona train station 15min by car Malpensa International Airport 25 min by car. Milan/Turin respectively 1hr/1hr30min by car via A26 Highway. Borgomanero exit 1.5km from home. 2 golf courses within 10 km respectively in Bogogno&Agrate Conturbia. Lakes Orta Maggiore near by and Mottarone (name of the mountain) where you can admire a beautiful sight of 7 (yes 7) lakes.
