Villa Tre Pini is an ancient Umbrian farmhouse that rises at the entrance of Colle in Ceralto, in a strategic position to explore the beautiful medieval cities of Montefalco, Bevagna, Todi and Montecastello di Vibio. The indoor areas maintain the typical characteristics of the Umbrian architectural tradition: stone walls and wooden beams which, together with the rural style furniture, give the environment a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The ground floor opens onto a large living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Just outside the living room the guests can enjoy the comfort of an outdoor patio furnished with table and chairs. The first floor instead features a large living area with fireplace, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The outdoor area is dominated by a large fully equipped garden of one hectar, ideal for spending some time with friends and relatives: at guests’ disposal a wood-burning fireplace to make pizza and bread, a BBQ and a splendid infinity pool (11x5,5 meters) with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills.
