The house is situated in a private and quiet setting, where you can divide the leisure time between lounging around or at the beach. The beach is sandy and wonderful. Kids can enjoy it freely as the sea water is shallow for at least 80 meters from the shore. To top it all up, the sea water is crystal clear and sunsets are just breathtaking! Pristine beach, the house has been renovated in 2019. Is the perfect place for families with children or a group of friends looking for peacefulness. At sunset you'll see flamingos passing over. our names are Raoul and Elena We fell in love with this place and before buying this property we visited the area as tourists for 10 years. The calm is total, the beach is mainly desert, it seems you're on an island, but in 10 minutes you could be in Marzamemi or in Noto, and if you like going round, Vendicari is at 15 minutes by car, than Scicli, Siracuse,... in 25 minutes. Or you could go to drink some fantastic vine in the Rudini vineyard. We can organize guided tours to visit the baroque area of Sicily or to nature spots still unknown to tourists. We can give information and support for kite surfing, windsurfing, sailing or simply give you advice on the best restaurants in the area because we too were tourists in this area before opening
there are only 2 villas in our road, with 2 families with children coming only in august. Places to visit: Marzamemi, Portopalo and the historical centre of Pachino are just a few minutes away. Vendicari 15 minutes by car, Modica 25 minutes, Ragusa 40 minutes, Noto 15 minutes, Scicli 20 minutes, Siracusa 45 minutes and Mount Etna 1 hour by car.
