The villa is in a woodland area, on the path "Alta Via del Golfo" (High-level Path of the Gulf) connecting Tuscany to Cinque Terre. Very quite place, dominating the gulf, but the town start just 1 km from the Villa (busses service). Not restaurant close by. Supermarket 2/3 km distance. So if you are "routard" travellers you can stay here also without a car, otherwise you need a car. 8 km: La Spezia downtown, Sarzana, Lerici.
