The property is two minutes walking distance from Barolo downtown and it offers a panoramic heated swimming pool overlooking the Barolo castle & hills. The villa offers 4 Suites/Apartments: 2 on the upper floor and 2 on the bottom floor. Each Suite ranges from 40-50 square meters & offers a kitchen space inside each Suite. The upper suites have dishwasher. The villa is ideal for short and long term rentals. For long term rentals we advise a maximum capacity of 8 ( 2 people per suite) while for shorter stays ( ex: a weekend) it can accomodate up to 15 guests with the use of the sleeping sofas in each suite.
