The luxurious Villa, built in the typical Sardinian style "stazzu", has been developed over an area of 15000 sqm. Outdoor the walls are coverd with stone and Sardinian granite, the ceilings are decorated with fine chestnut wood beams and the floors are made of Spanish flamed earthenware tiles. The furniture is tailored and hand-made, with specific Sardinian trimmings and fine woodwork decorations, made by famous craftsmen from Gallura. The villa unfolds on three levels. Two entrances of the villa are remarkable for their handmade gates made of juniper wood that are sliding and remote controlled. These lead to a wide square of around1200 sqm fully paved with precious Sardinian granite, thus in accordance with the distinguishing style of the villa.
