The property has got a big garden, with sea view. This is a unique feature in Sestri Levante as there are no other houses in the area, with such a big garden and less than a minute walk to the beach. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2019, everything is brand new and shining. We provide all the beddings, clean towels. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking for many people. There are art pictures and uniques paintings hanged on the walls that give a nice and fresh character to the house. We provide a crib and a high chair for infants
I'm Serena, I am born and bred in Sestri, very knowledgable of the town and the local area, always happy to make our guest settling and make the most of their stay. I speak italian, fluent english and academic German and French. Andrea, the owner of the house, is my brother and I always do my best to keep the apartment in perfect conditions, clean and with all the necessary to guarantee a perfect stay. I leave nearby and, if possible, I'm flexible with time for check in and check out and I'm available for any questions or special requests. Being in front of the seaside, there are a lot of great restaurants and pizzeria nearby, all walking distance (a minute). We recommend Gourmet, across the road. Great for pizza and italian cousine. A bus stop is a minute walk from the apartment A little grocery store is nearby the apartment for veggies and last minute needs
