There are two apartments: 1)The Little Arch of Memory is a cute first floor apartment full of memories from old histories and my family. It is a 45 square meters apartment with one bedroom, one living room with kitchen, corridor with desk and a toilette. The whole ceiling is in the typical Tuscan style with oak beamed. There is also partial view on Val di Chiana and its lake and Apennines Mountains. You can also see the old roofs (I was using jumping and walking roofs to roofs when a child and going directly to the rooms of friends...;-)) 2)Il baule del viaggiatore: This ground floor little studio suite studio of about 30 square meters has a small kitchenette (table, hotplate, kettle, kitchenware), a sofa bed, a small double bed of 140x190cm, mosaic shower, free wi fi. It has mainly a unique and cozy decoration.

Hi I am 37 years old guy, fluent in Italian, English and French, open mind and open to different cultures and interaction. I am also ready, if needed, to help you in any thing and to show you the best parts of Montepulciano, Orcia and Chiana valleys. My field of work (research and teaching at the University) is climate change and environmental policy, sustainable development, globalization and equity. I am also interested in social sciences and history. I am also sporty and do love any kind of physical activity.

The deep core of Montepulciano, few steps far from artists shops, wine cellars and restaurants but yet in a quiet street. The main square, monuments, old theater and main attractions are very few steps far (within few seconds or maximum 3 minutes walk far). Placed at the corner with one of the most cute and characteristics little street of Montepulciano. Getting Around Very close to two free car parking, one in via dell'oriolo P7 and the other one in via dei filosofi P8. Both at about 50-150 meters far (2-5 minutes walk)
