My apartment is situated in the attic of the house (1st floor), consists of a double bedroom with a private external bathroom, two single bedrooms, and a kitchen (for your exclusive use). The flat is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms. You can also enjoy a wide terrace with a view of volcano Etna, a large courtyard, and its own garage.
