The building was built by my grandfather, the father of my mother, during the early fifties. In 2010 a part of the property started to be rented, and after renovation, more parts of the building were rented. The value of the building is its central location, and of course, the large common terrace. The building is just a few steps far from the town center, but at the same time it can be easily reached from the main road. The terrace is a perfect place to chill during the day, but also great for barbecue, sunbathing, and also to contemplate sunrise and sunset :-)
I like walking in nature, reading books, swimming, and I like cats :-)
Taormina is a very small town, so everything you can find there - like shops, restaurants, monuments and other attractions - is very close. I recommend to visit the amazing Greek theater with Etna view, the peaceful historical public gardens, the sanctuary of Madonna della Rocca, carved in stones, the beautiful tiny Castelmola, the incredible Isola Bella beach, and of course, if you have enough time a visit to our beloved Volcano, Etna :-)
