Our charming loft takes its name from the street in which is located, Via Scalabrini, quiet area 2km from the oldtown where you can get by train (5 min.) or by bus (10 min). Train and bus station are both just 100 mt from the apt; by train you can also get to Milan in 50 min. Our place is fully renovated (works terminated in April 2021); bedroom and living room are divided by a glass parapet. Kitchen and bathroom fully equipped. The loft has its own entrance. Free parking in front of the loft. Giovanni Battista Scalabrini was a Roman Catholic prelate, patron of migrants. 300 mt from our place you can find Piazza Camerlata and its monumental fountain, built by Cesare Cattaneo and Mario Radice (rationalism architecture). 800 mt from the loft there is one of the entrances to the Spina Verde, an enchanting natural protected area, where you can take a relaxing walk or explore by bike. On the same Scalabrini's street there is one of the biggest italian breweries, il Birrificio di Como, where you can try craft beer and italian food. 600 mt. from our place there is a big supermarket; a laundry; a cinema which show movies in english too.
