Principe is not a hotel, it is an apartment with 4 rooms all with private bathroom (ensuite) and a service bathroom. I usually always take care of receiving my guests and I try to explain all the necessary with the map of the city of Rome so that you can get to know all you need for visiting the city hasslefree. Every two or three days the towels are changed, and by the end of the stay at check-out that is from 10am in the morning, in the case that you have to travel during the afternoon or at night there is the possibility to leave the bags at the guesthouse and return when necessary.

Principe is located in a multicultural and very convenient area, from where is very easy to move around and get to know Rome. We are located near the Termini station and a few steps from Metro Vittorio Emanuele, 4 blocks from the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore and 15 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum. Even in the area there are restaurants, pizerias, shops and supermarkets. The neighborhood is very varied culturally (Chinese and Indian) but the fundamental thing is the security even at night.
