This cozy one-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Scicli, in a charming alleyway behind the beautiful church of Santa Maria La Nova. We completed a full renovation of the house in 2018, maintaining all the charme of this traditional neighborhood, considered to be the chicest in Scicli! This small apartment enjoys the view on the San Guglielmo chapel (1600) and Santa Maria La Nova, but also on the pictoresque Cava opposite. While the location is very quiet, it is only 150 mt from the nearest restaurant, and 300 mt from the beating heart of Scicli (Piazza Busacca, Via Mormino Penna), and all the main attraction. This air-conditioned apartment is composed of a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a spacious living/kitchenette, offering an armchair/sleeper for a third guest if needed.
