Regarding tranquility, safety, cleanliness, "Vaticano Prati" can be considered the best in Rome. Only 10-15 minutes walking to St. Peter's Basilica, to Vatican Museum, and to Castle (Castel Sant'Angelo). Only 3-5 minutes walking to Lepanto metro station (or Ottaviano as well). Different buses and trams nearby to go to Trastevere, ... So we hope you would enjoy a location at the same time with good accessibility and with high standards. As for business travelers, the location is close to "Tribunale", SKY TV offices, "Caserma" (just steps away or few minutes walking), among others. Also close to Olympics Stadium (less than 20 minutes on foot). We hope soon the situation will be back to normal and it will reopen to events. Safe parking lots (also free ones) could be found on street (sometimes even the street in front of the building which is seen through room window). If you may still need garage, there are some nearby for its own fee (18 euros per 24 hours). There are good restaurants nearby (exactly in front of the building or 3-4 minutes walking where Italians go based on quality and price), also many bars. Supermarkets (Pam and Coop) are only 1-2 minutes walking.
