Large villa 500 sq. m. with 5 double bedrooms, a triple bedroom, a double sofa bed and 4 bathrooms. It is completely enclosed, with a well-kept lawn measuring over 400 sq. m.. In a panoramic position, just lower than the house, is a rectangular swimming pool (open from 1/5 to 30/9 9am-8pm), 4 metres by 9 with a depth of 1.5 metres, paved and complete with sunbeds, outdoor shower and some shaded areas for relaxing. Parking is inside the property. On the ground floor you will find the fully-equipped kitchen with dining table, satellite TV and fireplace, 1 double bedroom with a four-poster bed and large windows, one bathroom with shower and washing machine. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a relaxing area, with a sofa and satellite TV and access to the terrace, 3 double bedrooms with a great view and access to the terrace, 1 double bedroom with extra single bed (which can be turned into a double), 2 bathrooms, one with two sinks and bathtub, the other with shower.
