Only 10 minutes walk from Mondello Beach, 800 m. Upon arrival, you will find everything you need: sheets, tablecloths, shampoo & gel, equipped kitchen, free wi-fi, TV + DVD, laundry, A / C, etc. Check-in is done by my staff. The private area, quiet and safe, surrounded by greenery (very cool in summer!) and other prestigious villas. Parking always available on the private road or inside the garden. The residence is well connected to public transport. At 400 meters there is the stop "SAVOIA VENERE" of city buses that take you to Palermo (city center or stadium). The villa (120 internal square meters and 300 square meters of garden) is located in a private area of Mondello, quiet and safe. The area is surrounded by trees, greenery and other villas (at a safe distance), all just 800 meters from Mondello beach (10 minutes on foot)! Thanks to the white walls and plants surrounding the house, privacy will be totally guaranteed. Available: Air conditioning in all rooms (for the summer) or independent heating system (for the winter). EXTRA 5th BED, available on request (make a reservation for 5 people). BABY CRIB, available on request for 10 euros per day. Mondello Beach is beautiful, but really crowded during the summer, therefore this is the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Mondello (or Palermo) relaxing in the cool and sleeping in total peace. In the morning you will hear the birds singing! ****** USE AIR CONDITIONING ONLY IF YOU ARE AT HOME AND REALLY NEEDED The house has wifi thermometers to monitor the temperature. HEATING is regulated according to local laws and works with a standard heating cycle that activates heating several times a day.
