The House is located in old town of Lezzeno at only 4 km from BELLAGIO , the most famous tourist village on Lake Como. This building has been renovated this year and is the only one in the area configured as CLIMATEHOUSE (A++) The garden is private and guests could get some sunshine and relax in complete privacy. Position is unique, just in front of lake Como. A public beach is also at walking distance. PARKING is included in the price. Lovely house on 3 floors with stunning lake view. The House is located in the heart of town very close by the bus stop, bar, restaurants,shops and public beach.(All about 200 meters away) It is 50m above the main road, this made this area very quiet, away from the traffic and noise of cars, motorcycles... The boat rental pier is available close by (100m) Water sports and canoa rental (700m)
