This delightful apartment is situated at the rear of the distinctive beautiful building. It has a large terrace which in the summer enjoys the cooling breezes from the mountains. Because of its situation the local residents chat on the way in and out of the safe entrance to the building. The apartment is heated by gas, fully equipped with frig freezer, oven, hob, kettle toaster microwave cutlery crockery glassware sheets and towels. There is also a double sofa bed which gives a full sleeping capacity of 4 persons. Garden furniture can be found in the cupboard storage. All the furnitiure was brought brand new from local shops. Free wifi is available at the Brillos restaurant found looking over the lake.

Shops and restaurants are easily reachable on foot.There are good ports facilities in the area - two football pitches used for summer training by professional teams, tennis courts and mini golf. Bicycles and mountain bikes are also available for hire.You can swim in the clear water of the lake or sunbathe on the lake beaches. Activities include; boating, canoeing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, trekking and orienteering either on your own, with the help of maps, or with a little help from professional guides, and of course in winter there is skiing on Mt. Donato where here you will find our refurbished ski lifts.
