This beautiful villa newly and completely restored with private pool offers an ideal solution for people who want to visit the beautiful cities of central Italy (Rome, Florence, Perugia, Assisi) and at the same time rest and relax in the countryside. The casale (Italian typical farmhouse) is located 2 km from the Umbrian hilltop village of Otricoli, less that 1 hour drive from Rome, 1.30 from Florence. It was built on the ruins of a Roman villa in the XIX century by Umbrian farmers and all the area around is dotted of roman ruins. The villa has a small private swimming pool all for you, the old 'fontanile' of the farmers adapted to the new situation, (where the animals used to drink) a soccer and volley court and a ping pong table will help to relax and enjoy holidays. The living room has a large working fire-place, the dining room beautiful windows facing the valley, and the 3 bedrooms (one on the grown floor, two on the first floor) are all charming and cosy and each has its own bathroom. The view from all the windows is flabbergasting. Terracotta on the floor, wooden roof, elegant and country style fabrics and old furniture.
