ITALIAN SUITE This elegant apartment is approximately 80 square meters, with a dramatic lake view and a private lakeside garden with access to the beach. Situated on the entire second floor of an historic antique house - this apartment was completely renovated in 2018 with special care for the interior decoration and furnishing. The interior is lovingly appointed with prized antique furniture and thoughtful vintage elements. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed from which you can enjoy a view of the lake, which can also be savored from the bedroom's balcony. In addition to the stunning view, artisan Italian wallpaper, sophisticated curtains and upholstery adorn the bedroom. The spacious bathroom is made of Italian marble of Carrara with a big shower and the laundry nook with washer and dryer. The second bedroom also has a lake view and a balcony. It is designed like a living room with a sofa bed of excellent quality. A highlight of these accommodations is the private terraced garden directly on the lake. The garden's stone patio is shaded by palm trees with outdoor furniture. There is also a relaxing covered area overlooking the lake.

I like very much my native Lake: I think it's an enchanting and unique place for its peculiar atmosphere and environment. Which is wy I am very happy to give You information and suggestions of all kinds (cultural, historical, touristic, for wine and gastronomy etc.) so that You too will be able to know, appreciate and love this beautifull place.
Close to the apartment it's possible practicing water-skiing, rent canoes, surfboards etc. at the SKI SCHOOL of the near Hotel Aurora. Furthermore in Lezzeno You can go HIKING on the path named " VIA REGIA ", an ancient route through the mountains linking Como to Bellagio, recently restored and secured so that can offer the possibility of long walks on the mountains. At 500 m. from the apartment there is the HARBOR where are stopping boats and hydrofoils allowing pleasant trips on the lake. The visit to BELLAGIO, known as the "pearl of the lake", with its magnificent villas ( Villa Melzi, Villa Serbelloni and the ancient BORGO ) is easy just after 10 minutes by car or bus from Italian Suite. The Comacina Island, Lenno and the Villa of Balbianello, the most famous Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo are just in front, on the opposite side of the lake, reachable after a short crossing of the lake...
