New, full of all comforts, the apartment is on via della Vigna Vecchia, a central and historic street of Florence. Completely renewed in March 2017 this apartment is located on the second floor of an antique building without elevator, and it keeps some details of the palaces of the 1500s but it is conceived as a modern home, with great care of design and comfort. Two double bedrooms with large windows, a kitchen / dining area and a separate sitting area to relax watching TV or having a drink. Being a separate room can also be used as a third bedroom. Ideal for two couples or families with children or groups of up to 6 people. The two bedrooms are separate from the living area and the kitchen and the two bathrooms guarantee extreme privacy. The living room is a comfortable space opening onto the dining area and furnished with a soft sofa (which can become a double bed), a flat-screen television and book case. Here one can sip a drink before dinner or relax, reading or watching TV. Fully equipped and spacious kitchen, with refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave oven, toaster and every utensil needed for cooking. The table seats 6-8 persons.
Nearby are several trade with shops, restaurants, souvenirs like the famous Via Dè Neri where you can eat the most famous sandwiches in Florence Via Borgo dei Greci where there are local craft shops.
