As the house is immersed in nature and the public transportation is 3 mile away (bus to Bari) for this reason we reccomend you to rent a car The news laws approved by the Italian Government provides that when you come to do check-in, you have to sign up a rental agreement, and also you have to show all of yours identitity documents including children of any age The villa is located in a nice and quite neighbourhood away just 7 mins by car from Cassano delle Murge city where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, bar, pubs, pharmacy and any other store. There is also a beautiful forest surrounding the Villa that I recommend you to see if you are a nature lover Pub (5km), Market (4km), Pharmacy (5km), Restaurant (2km), Quad Experience excursion (10km), Horseback riding (10km), Beach (30km), Running in Mercadante Forest (2km) You can go in Adriatic sea coastline (Monopoli, Capitolo, Polignano a mare, Trani, Mola di Bari, Giovinazzo) or in Ionio sea costline (Marina di Ginosa, Castellaneta Marina, Metaponto, Policoro, Pulsano).
