The proximity to the sea and at the same time the tranquility of its location make HOME BY THE SEA the ideal place to spend a holiday in Monterosso: the apartment has been completely renovated and furnished in 2018. It is located in a quiet area of the new part of Monterosso, just 80 meters from the sea and from the beginning of the promenade, near the Giant's Beach, 200 meters far from car parking and 5 minutes walk from the railway station; the historic center can be reached on foot in a quarter of an hour (700 meters) along the promenade that borders the beaches and the bathing establishments. The flat is at the first floor of the building and is equipped with WIFI, air conditioning, TV, three double bedrooms (two double beds 160x200cm and two single beds 90x200 ) two bathrooms and a living room/fully equipped kitchen with a double sofa bed (160x200). The living room has a terrace overlooking the garden with table and chairs.

Starting from my house after about 80 meters you get on the promenade, along which the new part of the city of Monterosso develops. Turn left and proceed on the waterfront and after 100 meters, on the right, you will find the car park. Continuing on the waterfront after 100 meters you arrive at the railway station. After another 300 meters you will arrive at a 100-meter tunnel that separates the new part of the city from the historic center: after crossing the tunnel you will be in front of the arcades of the parish church: in front of the main square you'll find the boarding of the boats leading to the 5 TERRE. On the right of the church you can walk through the main street, around which the old town of Monterosso develops. As you have understood from my description, the maximum distance between the new and the oldest part of Monterosso is one kilometer, a quarter of an hour's walk, so the whole village can be, from one end to the other, walked comfortably on foot.
