I am 34 years old and I was born in Puglia, but about 15 years ago I moved to Milano and then to Turin. I have a degree in Cultural Anthropology and Ethnography and a Master's degree in Landscape Design and Architecture. I have been practicing Ashtanga yoga since 5 years. In 2014 I attended a Raw food chef training in The Seeds of Life in Bali. I love to travel and during various trips to Asia I studied Ayurvedic, Balinese and Hot Stone massage and I have gained a great deal of experience in these areas over the last few years. In 2016 I attended RYS 200 hours Ashtanga yoga TTC. Since 4 years (6 months per year) I have been working in Kaliyoga retreat Italy as kitchen manager, massage therapist, raw food chef and hostess. Here I use to lead 4 detox programs per year and raw food workshops. I am certified Raw Vegan Nutritional Educator and Life Coach (Louise Hay method). My main passion is to lead a healthy, spiritual life in close connection with nature. This passion has been the thread running through my work, studies and personal interests in the field of wellness.
