Ginevra's Terrace is a stylish and very comfortable apartment, on the second floor of a newly built condo in the Tremezzina area,in the hamlet of Mezzegra. A great property for friends and family, sleeps up to 6 in one master bedroom, on loft space bedroom with a double sofa bed or a sofa bed in the living are for more privacy. You can easily park you car in the garage. Once inside, you are welcomed by the ample open space living area that opens out onto the terrace that is almost a large as the living room, if not slightly bigger!! A fully equipped kitchen offers all you need to cook! The living area has a large and comfortable sofa, but the best lounge is out on the terrace! There is a lounge sitting area and a few sun beds to enjoy. You can also take the sun beds to the swimming pool. On the same living area floor is one double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Going upstairs, is the loft area that offers a nice large space, not only is there room for a double bed but there is also a double sofa bed. An en suite bathroom with shower, loads of cupboard space and tv.
Mezzegra is a great town, not too busy, quite residential, lovely walks to be had, infact at the bottom of your road runs the Greenway. A fantastic walk that connects Cadenabbia to Colonno, approx 11km. A small supermarket, fruit and veg, a pastry shop, a baker, and a few restaurants so you are well served.
