Hello! Nice to meet you! I am Ksenia, the manager of 2 beautiful villas and one apartment on lake Como. I am Russian, born in St. Petersburg, travelled around the world and for the last 7 years living in Italy, right here, on the lake of Como. I am fond of this work. Dealing with people from all over the world and making them feel at home. Being an experienced traveller I know what it takes! Balancing the local rhythm of work, interest of the owners, and well-being of the guests is sometimes not easy, yet always challenging and exciting. I am focused on being fast and effective in communication, open and friendly with my guests, and providing good service for both parties for mutual benefit.
