On the first floor of a charming building dating back to the year 1900, the apartment has 2 large and bright bedrooms (one with 1 king bed and one with 2 twins beds to be joined if needed) overlooking the green and peaceful inner courtyard. The living, with a 3 seater sofa bed (comfortably sleeps 2 adults), TV set and a dining table for 6, is perfect to spend some relaxing moments chilling out with your family and friends. And if you'd like to experience home-made Italian cuisine, a fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal! There are 2 bathrooms: a full bathroom with bath tub, bidet and double wash-basins (that I love, definitely useful, especially with children!), plus a smallest service bathroom with sink, wc and washing machine. In the kitchen, oil, spices, sugar, coffee and, in the bathroom, soap and toilet paper are always available. Children are welcome: toys, books and other amenities are available for them! :-) The apartment is decorated with original elements of Italian design by Artemide, Flos, Kartell, first among everything the Arco lamp by Castiglioni, walls pieces of Italian art of the 70s, of painters such as Franco Sarnari, Renzo Vespignani, Giosetta Fioroni.

Very central, in the Rione Esquilino, nearby Santa Maria Maggiore Basilica, at walking distance from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. This Rione is multicultural, alive, dynamic, full of shops, bakeries, groceries, bar and excellent restaurants. The apartment perfectly served by bus and 2 lines of metro (the Metro A "Vittorio Emanuele" is 10 meters from the front door). Right around the corner from the central train station, it makes day-trips to nearby cities such as Florence and Naples very simple.
