Located in Corso Cavour, the main street of the city together with Via del Prione, it's at 5 minutes walking by the sea front (Boats station to Cinque Terre and Portovenere) and 7 minutes walking by the train station. This makes this place a perfect base for visiting Cinque Terre, being at the same time on the nicest part of La Spezia. You will enjoy the the shopping of the area, so far as the open cafès (popular "Cafè Cavour" is just next door) and the huge open market just at the building corner, where you will find every kind of food, fresh local fish included. The building is at the limit of the pedestrians area, so you can stop the car at 20 meters by the building door.
