Stone farmhouse for a total of 220 sq. m., capable of comfortably holding 8 people with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has a large garden, furnished loggia with view and an above ground pool. The farmhouse has a large garden with olives, cypresses and many other types of flowering and fruit trees. The property has a splendid portico on two sides of the house with a long table, chairs and portable barbecue, perfect for having outdoor meals. There is another living area in front of the main entrance, with sofas and armchairs. The above ground, oval-shaped swimming pool (open from 12/5 to 29/9) is 5 metres by 3 with a depth of 0.9 metres and is surrounded by chairs, a sunbed, a table and a beach umbrella. The farmhouse is on two floors. The covered portico on the ground floor leads to the living room, a dining area and a large kitchen, complete with utensils. The ground floor also has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine. The first floor can be reached via an elegant wood and wrought iron staircase and has three double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a large bathroom with bathtub with massaging jets.
