The villa is located in Verbania, has a private harbour for its own boats. The villa and the guesthouse together offer a spacious accommodation for up to 16 guests. The villa is very suitable for large groups or families. The villa has a large garden with lots of privacy and many facilities on land and water: a trampoline, swing, bicycles, canoes, a ‘ stand up paddling ‘ board, table tennis, foosball and volleyball or badminton. This luxury villa can host up to 6 people in three spacious bedrooms. The guesthouse can accommodate 8-10 people in four bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The interiors have comfortable furniture and elegant decor. Overall the decor creates a sporty and sunny ambience. The living room included a large sofa as well as a cosy fireplace. Also there is a spacious dining area suitable for 16 guests, a large fully-equipped kitchen including two refrigerators and plenty of counter space. The villa is located in a quiet one way street with a wide foot and cycle path. Close by, and within walking distance, you will find the small, romantic town Pallanza, with its characteristic churches, small shops, plenty of nice restaurants and the park of Villa Giulia. A few minutes further the larger town of Intra offers a lot of nice shops, boutiques and restaurants, terraces and the botanical gardens of the famous Villa Taranto. The historic centre of Pallanza is criss-crossed by ancient streets and squares lined with fine, elegant period buildings with ornamental doorways, porticoes, and columns. Pallanza’s lakefront is one of the finest on Lake Maggiore; a walk along its promenade with the lake and the Borromean Islands on one side and colourful facades, porticoes, flowered balconies, terraces and cafés on the other is a highly agreeable experience. Bustling with visitors throughout the day and well into the evening, this is the main meeting place of the town. Less than 50 km away are the 4000 meter high Alpine peaks of the Monte Rosa Massif, Mottarone and San Domenico which can be easily covered on a day trip from Lake Maggiore.
