The apartment boasts an enviable central location in the heart of the historic "La Marina" of Cagliari, 150 meters from the Via Roma and the harbour, bus and train station and main shops. A 10-minute bus ride from the beautiful beach of Poetto. Outdoor restaurants, pubs,supermarket,ice cream parlour,bakeries artigianiali, rent bikes ... a few steps! The house is clean ( we reserve a particular attention to the cleaning) and recently (email hidden) has 2 double fully furnished rooms, each equipped with INTERNET WIFI.. LCD TV, temperature controlled, open space kitchen with an other flat TV on the wall and two comfortable chairs for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, bathroom with shower and terrace. Guests sheets, towels,beach towels and bag for the beach. Benvenuti! :-) Enrico & Federica

The area is full of tipical sardinian restaurants, pubs, bar, ice-cream shops, supermarket, grocery and all you need for a perfect stay . Close by the apartment there is a 24h automatic coffee shop and softdrinks.Warning about parking: there are video surveillance systems at the enter of Via Mercato Vecchio. Forbidden to enter in Via Mercato Vecchio FROM 21:00 TO 07:00 AND FROM 15:30 TO 17:00! Instead, the blue parking in the surrounding areas are FREE from 20:00 to 09:00. Otherwise, for other times tickets can be purchased in the machines. There is also a free parking area just 700 meters from the apartment near the harbour.My apartment is well connetted with all trasportation ( buses, trains, taxis, long range buses) and you will fullfilled to the real historical sardinian life and its tipical restaurants.
