Casa Laura Grande is a very modern apartment within a new apartment block in the hills just above Menaggio. The most amazing views over Lake Como are to be had in this amazing spot. Beautiful from the private garden and even more so from the roof top swimming pool and deck area. The shared swimming pool is located on the roof top and not in your private garden. To reach it up to flights upstairs and from here you will have the most amazing view! The pool is open from 15th May to 31st September. The stark white block building is quite new for Lake Como standards, very modern but still fits in with the lush landscape that surrounds it. The inside of the apartment reflects the modernist style of the building but at the same time is very comfortable with beautiful rustic wood floors and modern furnishings offering the perfect mix of styles that fit together easily. Private parking is just outside the front door offers easy loading and unloading or your luggage and shopping. Entering the front door you are welcomed by a large open space living area. A large kitchen with ample counter space so even if everyone wants to help with the cooking there is room for all!!
3km from Menaggio town, walking to town is possible, there are short cuts but it is down and up hill so keep this in mind if booking without a car! There are 2 restaurants with in walking distance.
