Our beautifully renovated stone farmhouse sits on a sunny plateau in substantial grounds in a beautiful setting. It offers all modern amenities whilst being immersed in peace and tranquility. The perfect spot to get away from it all but also an excellent base from which to explore the fascinating Marche region and to sample some of what it has to offer, and it certainly has a lot! The Sibillini National Park is a great location for some fantastic walking very close by.

We fell in love with this area of Le Marche after holidaying here ourselves. It offers the perfect opportunity to live in a stunning spot and to pursue some of our favourite outdoor hobbies being close to the mountains. We also enjoy exploring all this fascinating area has to offer with its rich history and traditions and visiting the many incredible festas and sagras. Sampling the local dishes and wines is always enjoyable, plus the Adriatic with its beautiful beaches is only 40mins drive away. We would love to share some advice with you on the fabulous walking in the local mountains or also to recommend some gentler walks; there really is something to suit everyone's ability. If you're interested in renovating your own property then we can certainly entertain you for hours with our tales!!

The stonehouse is surrounded by greenery and nature. Deer, porcupine, birds of prey and numerous varieties of birds can be spotted; there are views of the Sibillini mountains and the rolling hillsides. The beautiful towns of Amandola, Sarnano and Montefortino with cafes, restaurants, shops and weekly local markets are a short drive away and there are a couple of excellent agriturismo's serving local cuisine nearby. We are very close to the Sibillini mountains making this the perfect location for some memorable mountain walking.
