The accommodation is close to the town center with supermarkets and shops, but it is reached through a blind street, in a quiet area in front of the natural park. The beach can be reached by bike (rentable in the nearby) through the cycle path in the natural park, in which there also some commercial activities (s.a. Coop) . It is suitable for couples, families, group of friends. We have a private and fenced garden, safe for children and/or pets. We are close to the art cities such as Lucca and Pisa and 7 km far from Viareggio.

The property is in a strategic position as it is 1.5 km from the beach (reachable by the natural park) for sea lovers, but at the same time is very closed to the cities of art such as Lucca and Pisa. It can therefore be an excellent starting point for both summer holidays and trips in other periods to visit the surrounding hinterland.
