Casa Bel is a 18th-century stone building with three floors spanning roughly 90 square meters. It is located in the village of Pascoso (district of Pescaglia, province of Lucca,Tuscany), in the Apuane Park, 2321 feet above sea level. In short, the house is made up of: 1 large kitchen + 1 living room + 1 bedrooms + 1 full bathroom + 2 basement + 1 patio. The House has been completely restored in 2016, and the furniture is all new. It is also perfectly equipped for 2+ (1-2 )persons.

Pascoso is an ideal stay for nature's lovers. Indeed, Pascoso's finest asset, and the most important reason to travel there, is the nature in which it is literally immersed. Pascoso is really a hiker's paradise, from short strolls in the hillsides with your children or dog, stopping to taste cool water at a natural spring, to longer hikes, where you can walk all day long without meeting a soul and sleep overnight in one of the many shelters that dot the valley. Many of the mule paths are suitable for mountain bikes and horses, which you can rent in Pascoso. For some hikes you might want to drive a few short minutes to your point of departure, whereas for others, you can leave directly on foot from your front door. And clearly, for visitors with off-road vehicles, the opportunities are endless. Furthermore, the location is not far from the "cities of arts" of Tuscany (Lucca,Pisa,Florence,Siena, etc., and beaches (Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio, which are among the most famous Italian beaches) are no more than 30 miles far. Furthermore, the house is situated under an hours drive from many of Italy’s finest and most picturesque golf courses, such as Golf Alisea and many others.
