A 5-minute walk from the centre of Palau, Casa a 10 m dal Mare has a beachfront location in a residence offering restaurants, a bar, a garden and two private beaches. WiFi is free throughout. The structure faces directly the Marine National Park of La Maddalena, a protected archipel of outstanding natural beauty reachable in minutes with a boat or dinghy from the port of Palau. Snorkelling, windsurfing and as well as golf and horse riding are possible in the surroundings. Porto Cervo is a 30-minute drive from the apartment, while Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is within a 45-minute drive of the property.

Portofaro is set directly on the sea, on one of the most amazing spots of the Sardinian coast, in the heart of La Maddalena archipel marine park. The only “noise” you shall get used to will be the sound of waves: come and enjoy the uncommon pleasure of really living by the sea. The apartment is composed on the first floor by one large dining and sitting room, with open kitchen; two double rooms and one bathroom. There is a second floor with two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed plus a second bathroom. The upper floor rooms are not separated by a door. There are two private beaches just in front of you that can be reached in seconds. Plus, you will have the choice between many different other coves, all reachable by foot.

Portofaro Residence is among some of the most exclusive real estate properties in North Sardinia, providing its hosts with a secured and quiet environment, ideal for a romantic getaway as well as for friends and families. Surrounded by Mediterranean gardens where children can play safely, the beach is so close that mothers will be able to look after them directly from the house. Palau with all the shops is just 5 minutes walk, but you don’t need to walk for a coffee, an ice cream, lunch or dinner, because in Portofaro you can find a coffee-bar and a restaurant. For those who like to travel with their boat, a private mooring is available, too (prices upon request). Many different restaurants and pizzeria are located nearby, as well as local farms which offer the traditional cuisine of the countryside: the tasty local food and wine (pork, fish, local breads, wine...) shall not be missed! Palau is only 15 min by car to Isola dei gabbiani (surfers' paradise); 30 min to Porto Cervo-Costa Smeralda; 30 min to Santa Teresa di Gallura; 45 min to Olbia-Golfo Aranci and a ferry trip of 15 minutes to La Maddalena island.
