Ca' del Cafetier is our most recent renovation (year 2016). The apartment is huge : 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, lounge, big kichen/dining room, terrace and roof sundeck. Our maximum occupancy is 12 people, so it is perfectly suited for big family reunion or friends get together. We also have a nice infra-red sauna for your free use.
Hi, my name is Stefano and I rent 3 nice flats in Venice: Ca' del Cafetier is very central (10-15 minutes from Rialto, San Marco and Arsenale) and in a very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Ca' de l'Oca is large, beautifu and strategically located in the heart of the city and close to Rialto, from where everything is at a walking distance. Biennale & Style, a small jewel in the beautiful Giardini della Biennale area. I love to have guests in my apartments, but it is not my main work : I am a scientist at the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche in the field of controlled thermonuclear fusion. So I set up a joint venture with Natalia. I collect the booking and I am your reference person up to arrival.
