The Villa was a summer property of a nobel family called Pardi. In '97 we found this property in a terrible condition but saw the potential it had. The rooms in the Villa had and still have these original fresco design's, the Dependance had only the outside walls. The stables are now the family home of the owners, the chapel has been restored. After many years of resauration by the owners now we can say that the Villa has his charme back.
We are a family who did all the restauration and now runs Villa Pardi. Italians who have been emigrated in the Netherlands for 40 years. Arriving at Villa Pardi is not only sleeping in our B&B or Apartements, but you must feel at home.
Villa Pardi is about 0.5km from Nozzano Castello, a lovely medieval village. We are situated in a strategic point of Tuscany, 6km from Lucca, 15km from Pisa, 25km from the beach. Also Firenze, Volterra, San Gimignano, Bolgheri are easily reachable.
