This flat is called AvieW because of the view: you see the lake of Garda, Sirmione in front, a lot of green, nice surroundings and the flat is a condominium at the top floor, with the lift, and at walking distance from the Lake, the center and the Imbarcadero to navigate Lake of Garda. From your terrace, you can see the common garden and the swimming pool. There are two rooms: the master room looks at the lake, the other room is smaller, it look at the street, but you also see a lot of trees.When you want to fresh yourself, you have the swimming pool and the air conditioning in the flat
We are a private family : a mature couple with two sons grown up and left home. We live very close all the year and we like meeting people from all over the world and do our best to make their holiday nice and have a good remember od Desenzanoand surroundings as Verona, Venice and Gardaland.
The position of the flat at the second floor in the condomium is very panoramic. You can see the Lake of Garda, the common garden and the swimming pool, there are some buildings and nice villas with a lot of green. you can see the main road that take you at the lake walking a few minutes.
