Apartment in Villa Florence is located in a very exclusive, quiet and spacious green area of Solanas, 150 mt from its beautiful Solanas beach of white sand. Destination ideal for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing destination, couples for a romantic gateway and friends searching nature and pure sea/daylife. The general property starts with a useful gate 5 meters from the sea. Featuring partial seaview, free private parking, the apartment is in one of the most spacious private areas in Solanas where guests can relax and engage in activities such as hiking in the private area (3500 sq mt gated) then windsurfing, canoeing and diving by the beach. What is new from 2021: we offer two private entrances (the most exclusive private area in Solanas) with access to the beach - gate front of the beach and now from the middle of the village with easier access to the property. We do provide complimentary basic towels for the property without charge (at charge for the sea towels only on request prior arrival) and final general clean up (excluded kitchen and barbecue) included in the rate (deep cleaning chargeable if requested at arrival). Solanas is probably one of the best unique and long beaches in the Cagliari coast, close to the Protected Marina area with such a beautiful marine variety of rare plants, birds and fishes (actually from 2022 Solanas should become Protected Marina as well). A beautiful sea and a wonderful mountain close to the beach for the best hiking time. What about food: just delicious and Sardinian!
