The flat is located in the famous Molino Stucky building. Next door there are restaurants, bars and a SPA, which have to be payed separately. It is situated high on the fifth floor and is reached by a self-service ELEVATOR, a rare commodity in Venice. It is a one bedroom apartment with terrazzo floors and lovely view (Molino Stucky, part of Lido island and the lagoon). It has a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchinette, a red marble bathroom with bathtub with inside the shower, toilet and bidet; it even has a washing machine for your clothes.
